Does anyone have a herbal remedy for exzema?

My forearm has suddenly become itchy. I have not changed soap powders or bathing/shower gels. Is there some herb I can use for relief. Its becoming annoying.

    For moisturizing drink lots of filtered or spring water cut out start taking daily megavitamin lotions with.
