ebay_convert asked:

Recently I broke my foot in several places and have not yet gained back my freedom so to speak. I am in a walking cast and am not allowed to take it off for any length of time. I am not allowed to walk or do exercises untiil I can walk without help again. I would like to find an herbal additive or something that I can use. Please only serious posts. Thanks!

Lucille

i’ve herad peppermint aids digestions, and i know that chewing gum will speed up digestion. so…i’d say…mint gum. also, zinc acts as a catalyst with hydrochloric acid. that’ll speed things up, too. prolly help you heal up faster. drink milk, too! at least 3 glasses a day. that’s not for metabolism so much as it’s for your foot ;-)
