MCZILLA, UP FOR PREZ asked:

Yes, I could Google it, but every website (of course) is going to say that their product works. I’m very interested in personal experiences. Also, if there is a safe herbal remedy, can you recommend any brands? From what I know, there are companies who sell herbal supplements that aren’t very good…

My thanks in advance for your answers :) (((Solly!)))

I have a driving phobia and just being in a car causes severe anxiety attacks. I found through a friend a herbal remedy that has me driving ( I have never been able to drive before now ) and not freaking out. It’s called Bach’s Rescue Rememdy . You can get it at vitamin shops and gnc or any health food store . It’s non addictive and you can use it as often as you need to . Hope this helps.

if you drink chamomile tea it will relax you, eat more tarragon and chives. also, you can get vallarian pills at gnc and if you take those you will be chilled out, however there is a very good chance that you will fall asleep. what i strongly recommend is marijuana.

My suggestion would be to first determine what is the counter at any local drug store or physical ailment either way know from experience that chamomile tea works as herbal remedy also if taken before bedtime.

I can recommend the Bach’s Rescue Remedy.

Chamomile tea puts me to sleep, so it may not be good if you need to be awake and alert.

Here’s a few that are helpful:..Kava Kava,Scullcap,Valarian root,Hops(more of a sedative, though) and I remember one called Lobellia, which is pretty powerful and I think may be dangerous, if not taken responsibly….

Clonopin/Klonopin is one of the best prescription drugs for Panic Attacks….Been there…Done that..
