Kavinace by Neuroscience; Holy Basil herb and vitamin D3 (the sunlight vitamin); Deproloft by Thorne Research, all good. At least 6-8 hours of sleep each day, 30 minutes of upper-body exposure to sunshine and exercise (especially yoga, which increases levels of GABA in the brain) are also good.
