    Boiled rice (similar to that found in Chinese restaurants) with nothing on or in it! And no, I don’t thing that it would cause any complications with prescription medicine. But to make sure, ask your doctor.

    absolutely!! if yore looking for a herbal remedy for one thing, why not get off other prescriptions. most pharmaceuticals have stemmed from a natural remedy.
    its hard to suggest something for your diarrhea without knowing what else your taking.

    The other direction would look at what youre eating try to end up going in the moment as you dont want.
    The moment as you dont want to avoid having too much of any of what youre eating try.

    I use probiotics - like Kefir. It’s basically strong liquid yogurt with lots of active cultures. It replenishes the good bacteria living in your intestinal tract. If you’re very lactose intolerant - don’t do this though.
