Will herbal remedies for calming nerves and improving mood show on a drug test?

I wonder if herbal drugs for Mild Depression - Anxiety,Job Stress ,Mood Swing,Sleeplessness, like St. John’s Wort will show up on drug test that doctors are taking for the cabin crew job.

    It shouldnt because their herbal remedies and dont contain chemical supliments inside them.
